ABCD's new plant under construction in response to growing demand from automobile-related manufacturers

The M&E Division deals in composite unit products (resin and electronic parts), dies and resin moldings, electronic components, and resin materials.
Aureole Business Components & Devices Inc. (ABCD), our Vietnamese subsidiary, manufactures composite products made of resin moldings for use in automobile parts and electronic devices, as well as composite unit products, which combine resin moldings and electronic parts. With automobile parts manufacturers' production bases increasingly concentrated in Asia in the last several years, inquiries from such clients have been growing rapidly.
In these circumstances, we are meeting growing demand from clients with production bases in the suburbs of Hanoi in northern Vietnam. In addition, inquiries are expected to increase from manufacturers in both the north and south of the country in the future. In response, ABCD is constructing a new plant in Hai Duong Province (about 40 km, or about an hour's drive, from central Hanoi), with operation scheduled to begin in November 2007.

| Promoting
business expansion through cooperation of M&E Division, ACTY and
ABCD |

To maintain and expand existing business in areas related to dies and resin moldings, and composite unit products, we will further strengthen cooperation among the M&E Division in Tokyo, which is engaged in sales activities and quality and production management, ACTY Co., Ltd., a subsidiary in Hiroshima responsible for production engineering, such as initial production control, and ABCD, which manufactures resin moldings and composite unit products in Vietnam.
Moreover, aiming at further business expansion in the future, we will energetically strive to develop new technologies in order to realize more products to meet new challenges. At the same time, technology transfer to ABCD will be promoted.
