Aiming to win more orders by strengthening our safety management
system and improving installation quality

The Air Conditioning Systems Division strives to maintain and improve its safety management system and the quality of installation work by carrying out thorough in-house patrols, as well as making full use of Aureole Construction Software Development Inc. (ACDS), our design and estimation subsidiary in Vietnam. These efforts have resulted in steady growth of business performance in the high-rise, large apartment building and office building market in the Tokyo metropolitan area, with sales in the region accounting for about 50% of total sales of the Air Conditioning Systems Division.
We will press ahead with these efforts and continue to offer effective solutions, thereby further increasing orders received in the metropolitan area. In the Hokuriku region, we will increase the volume of sales activities in order to maintain and expand our business base. At the same time, our maintenance and support system in the region will be enhanced.
Furthermore, we will continue to provide high-quality services that satisfy our clients by proposing innovative new construction methods and new products that are beneficial to them. Our proposals are based on the latest technological developments and our own research and evaluation of new technology from the perspectives of environmental protection and technological improvement.
Since its establishment, ACSD has worked hard to improve its technology and capabilities with the Japanese quality standard in mind. This has resulted in increasing orders from Japanese clients outside the Mitani Sangyo Group.
